chủ động nghiên cứu, đề xuất cải tiến và ứng dụng AI/Data khi phù hợp.\n\n Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, Khoa học Máy tính, Kỹ thuật Phần mềm hoặc liên quan; có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm với hệ thống doanh nghiệp.\n\n Thành thạo ít nhất một nền tảng Backend như Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI, Node.js hoặc tương đương; vững OOP, Data Structures & Algorithms và Design Patterns.\n\n Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế, phát triển RESTful APIs, Microservices, xử lý SQL/NoSQL và các bài toán về hiệu năng, bảo mật, tính ổn định của hệ thống.\n\n Có kinh nghiệm về Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC hoặc tương đương);
