Our team is hardworking, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping families create millions, if not billions of tiny wins.\nSUMMARY\nWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager with PMP certification and a strong background in project management and 3PL warehouse operations.\nIn the first year, this role will be split between supporting upcoming global warehouse implementation and SAP IBP implementation projects, approximately 50% of the time, and providing operational oversight for inbound, outbound, inventory management, and customer compliance activities across our North American warehouse network. Once the warehouse implementations are completed in 2027, the position will transition to a full-time focus on warehouse operations support for our North American warehouses.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nLead and manage project activities for 3PL warehouse setup and go live and SAP IBP implementation to include coordinating project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.\nDefine project objectives, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.\nEnsure clear communication and alignment across all project participants.\nMonitor project progress and work with key stakeholders to escalate and resolve issues and blockers in a timely manner.\nPrepare and present project updates, status reports, and action plans to management and project sponsors\nSupport testing, implementation, and go-live activities related to warehouse and ERP integration.\nEnsure project documentation is completed and maintained accurately.\nAct as a liaison between 3PL warehouse and Kids2 building a strong, collaborative, and trusted partnership\nUnderstand 3PL warehouse operations including storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory accuracy, and cost structure to drive towards efficiency\nCoordinate with 3PL providers to ensure order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, service level compliance, and resolve operational issues.\nSupport the negotiation of and manage to warehouse rates, service terms, and vendor agreements.\nForecast and plan space, labor, and shipping requirements with internal teams and the 3PL\nEnsure customer compliance by communicating and maintaining shipping requirements and operational standards.\nSupport internal teams on packaging, quality control, reworking, damage disposition, and value-added services.\nCollaborate with IT teams (internal and 3PL) on technical implementations and troubleshooting.\nDrive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\nExperience in contract negotiation with 3PL warehouse providers.\nExperience in warehouse implementation with the ability to analyze warehouse costs and operational KPIs.\nStrong data analytics skills\nExperience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.\nAbility to execute and excel in high-paced organization\nAbility to deal with changing environments, tight timelines and multiple priorities\nEDUCATION & SKILLS\nBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of proven experience in warehouse operations.\n3+ years of project management experience\nStrong experience working with 3PL partners.\nDemonstrated ability to negotiate with warehouse/vendors on pricing and service terms.\nStrong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and distribution processes.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.\nStrong understanding and usage of AI tools and resource\nFamiliarity with warehouse systems or ERP/WMS tools is a plus.\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS\nProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred\nCOMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS\nExperience with Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Smartsheet\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. \nThe team member frequently is required to sit; have flexible use of hands; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. \nThe team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, and taste or smell. \nThe team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 - 50 pounds. \nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nGeneral office environment\n15% Travel is required\nWe offer competitive pay, flexible hours, and generous benefits.
