Follow up infant products & toys new projects in prototype stage, design product structure, initiate tool plan, part list & component drawing, coordinate with project engineer on schedule, function, test issues.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\n Drawing:Establish and refine the overall product architecture, including the detailed design of individual components and subsystems.\nIdentify and resolve structural design challenges to ensure integrity, durability, and performance compliance.\nProvide technical guidance and support throughout the new product design and development process.\nDevelop an initial tooling plan in alignment with design requirements and manufacturing feasibility.\nPrepare a preliminary Bill of Materials (BOM) to define materials, parts, and preliminary costs.\nCreate and maintain detailed component drawings ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.\nEstimate prototype costs, including materials, labor, and external services.\nDevelop and monitor the prototype development schedule to ensure timely completion.\nCommunicate directly with customers to address project-related issues, clarify requirements, and report progress.\nCreate and modify 3D CAD models to reflect design changes and validation feedback.\nAnalyze product specifications and translate them into feasible and innovative design solutions.\nPerform functional verification tests to ensure the prototype meets all design and performance criteria.\n\n CNC:Develop, program, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks) for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining centers.\nInterpret technical drawings, geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T), and specifications to ensure accurate program creation.\nPerform machine setup, including the selection and installation of appropriate tools, fixtures, and workholding devices.\nConduct first-off inspections and make precise adjustments to programs and machine offsets to achieve required part quality.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to machining processes, tooling, program errors, and machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.\nEstablish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), setup sheets, and tooling lists for production processes.\nCollaborate with design, production, and quality teams to review designs for manufacturability (DFM) and implement process improvements.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\nFamiliar with AutoCAD, Solidworks, PRO/E, Freeform, Microsoft office\nFamiliar with hardware and assembly process.\nBe provided with the concept of continuous improvement and innovation.\nAt least 10 years project development experience in toy industry。\nEDUCATION & SKILLS (COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS)：\nGood command of read and written English.\nHave a certain ability to analyze and deal with problems.\nFamiliar with production process of product design.\nEducation above junior college level.\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS\nWhen carrying out this task, we need to stand or sit up, have flexible hands and feet, and have normal listening and speaking ability.\nThe ability of color judgment is needed.
