The Regional Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations along with the rest of the executive team to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success for Kids Empire. The Regional Manager will be responsible for the oversight of Park experience as well as a financially successful market of 5 to 10 Parks. The Regional Manager will be accountable for leading a team of Park Managers and their employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development. They Lead, Manage, and Hold their Teams accountable to the KE way!\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nSupervise and guide individual location managers/supervisors and employees.\nSupervise and support the day-to-day operations of multiple parks within the market.\nConduct regular Park visits to assess performance and address operational issues.\nDevelop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.\nConduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.\nFoster effective communication channels between Parks and the Support Center.\nMonitor day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.\nUphold a disciplined training approach aligned with our Learning and Development processes and policies.\nImplement and enforce best practices for customer service, ride/structure maintenance, food service, and other operational areas.\nManages and conducts park assessments for all locations assigned.\nResponsible for meeting their market’s financial goals.\nConduct interviews and hire management and staff when needed.\nImplement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.\nMust be capable of disciplining employees and terminating when policies are violated.\nPrepares and audits employee’s schedules.\nOversee the timekeeping system.\nApprove time off for Park Management.\nManages and communicates with all vendors associated with their market.\nEnsure Open and Closing procedures are followed at all locations assigned.\nEnsure that all rides and facilities are properly maintained and meet safety standards.\nImplement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.\nCoordinate with maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.\nMake sure parks are following processes and policies and compliance.\nManages and oversees park openings and closings via remote access.\nConduct audits and participate in investigations alongside other departments.\nConduct Park assessments to ensure compliance, safety, and performance monthly in all Parks.\nWalk the floor regularly when visiting parks assigned to monitor there are no unsafe hazards present, and that guests are following the park attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines.\nAddress customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.\nLOCATIONS YOU WILL BE OVERSEEING:\nGreater Philadelphia Area\nCheltenham, PA\nWarminster, PA\nCollegeville, PA\nMoorestown, NJ\nBear, DE\nDMV -
