For our school in HUY and HANNUT we are looking for an Marketing & Customer Relations Coordinator (CE&G) to join our team!
Contract type: Fixed-term
Hours: 13 hours per week ( Wednesdays Hannut + Saturdays Huy - room for growth)
Start date: 01/11/2026

Your responsibilities
Following up on enquiries and converting contacts into visits (calls, emails)
Organising school visits and trial lessons
Updating the CRM and following up on enrolments/re-enrolments
Running our social media (Facebook, Instagram)
Updating the website / microsite
Taking part in school events (open days, workshops) - particularly on Saturdays at Huy
What you need
Comfortable on the phone with parents you don't know yet - this is the #1 skill
Junior profiles welcome (final-year marketing/communication student or first job) - prior experience in sales, customer relations, community management or digital marketing is a plus, not a requirement
Comfortable with Microsoft CRM tools (Dynamics 365 or equivalent) - required
Organised and autonomous
Experience with children/education is a plus, not a requirement
Proficiency in English & French
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Mandatory: Extrait casier judiciaire (596-2 : modèle destiné à l’exercice d’une activité impliquant des contacts avec des mineurs.
Salary
We offer a salary aligned with CP200.
