The role supports risk identification, strengthens security practices, and ensures alignment with frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.\nKey responsibilities\nAssess current data protection practices, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements.\n\nDefine and support implementation of data security policies, standards and procedures.\n\nSupport design and implementation of technical controls (encryption, DLP, IAM, secure architectures).\n\nMonitor data security risks and contribute to incident response and remediation.\n\nTranslate technical risks into business-relevant insights for stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with IT, legal, compliance and business teams to embed security by design.\n\nContribute to awareness, training and knowledge-sharing activities.\n\nFormal role details\nEmployment type: Permanent\n\nWorking pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office) with flexibility for travel to Head Office in Brussels\n\nLanguage requirements: Professional proficiency in English\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science or related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience in data protection, security advisory or risk management in enterprise environments.\n\nWorking knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and related standards.\n\nStrong analytical and communication skills; ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.\n\nRelevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are an advantage.\n\nWe offer\nBase salary: PLN 18 000-25 000 gross per month (permanent employment contract).
