This role ensures secure-by-design software delivery by embedding security controls, automation, and governance across the SDLC. The Service Owner balances platform reliability, developer experience, risk reduction, and cost efficiency while partnering closely with Engineering, Security, and Operations teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nService Ownership & Strategy\nOwn the end-to-end DevSecOps service lifecycle (design, build, run, improve). \nDefine and maintain the DevSecOps service roadmap aligned with business and security priorities. \nEstablish service standards, guardrails, and reference architectures. \nEnsure the platform scales to support organizational growth and cloud adoption. \nSecure SDLC Enablement\nEmbed security controls into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows. \nDrive adoption of secure coding, SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning, and container security. \nDefine and enforce security gates and quality thresholds. \nPartner with AppSec and Security teams on risk management and remediation workflows. \nPlatform Reliability & Operations\nEnsure high availability, performance, and resilience of DevSecOps tooling and pipelines. \nDefine SLAs/SLOs and monitor service health. \nLead incident management and root cause analysis for platform issues. \nManage upgrades, capacity planning, and technical debt. \nGovernance, Risk & Compliance\nEnsure DevSecOps processes meet internal security policies and external regulatory requirements. \nSupport audit readiness (e.g., SOX, ISO, SOC2 as applicable). \nImplement access controls, audit logging, and segregation of duties. \nMaintain risk register and drive remediation plans. \nAutomation & Continuous Improvement\nDrive pipeline standardization and reusable automation patterns. \nReduce manual controls through policy-as-code and infrastructure-as-code. \nContinuously optimize lead time, deployment frequency, and failure rates. \nPromote shift-left and shift-right security practices. \nStakeholder & Service Management\nAct as the primary service owner and escalation point. \nManage service demand, intake, and prioritization. \nCollaborate with Engineering, Security, Cloud, and Operation teams. \nProvide service reporting to leadership. \nFinancial & Vendor Management\nManage DevSecOps platform budget and forecast. \nOptimize licensing and tooling costs. \nOwn vendor relationships and renewals for security and pipeline tools. \nEvaluate new technologies and retire redundant solutions. \nFormal Role Details:\nLocation: Wrocław, Plac Konstytucji 3 Maja 3\nEmployment Type: Permanent\nWorking Pattern: Hybrid -2 to 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility for travel to Head Office in Brussels\n Language Requirements: Professional proficiency in English is essential.\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). \nExperince in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Application Security roles. \nStrong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern SDLC practices. \nDemonstrated experience implementing security tooling such as: \nSAST, DAST, SCA \nContainer and artifact scanning \nSecrets management \nPipeline security controls \nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). \nStrong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and secure-by-design principles. \nExperience with incident and service management practices. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with enterprise toolchains (e.g., Jira, GitHub, GitHub Actions, ServiceNow). \nFamiliarity with DORA metrics and developer productivity frameworks. \nExperience in regulated environments. \nKnowledge of policy-as-code tools (e.g., OPA, Sentinel). \nSecurity or cloud certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security). \nExperience leading platform or shared services teams\nKey Competencies\nSecurity-first mindset \nService ownership mentality \nPlatform thinking \nRisk-based decision making \nAutomation and engineering mindset \nStrong cross-functional leadership \nData-driven continuous improvement \nYou have a TOYOTA DNA, this means:\nCourage:you are ready to let go of the easy path to reach challenging targets \nCreativity:your passion drives you to explore innovative ideas and challenge the impossible \nCoaching:you share knowledge and feedback with your colleagues and celebrate each other's success \nCuriosity:you are open for new experience and able to combine imagination with fact-based observation \nCollaboration:you are a team player, respectful and inclusive in your style and you take a customer-oriented approach \nWhat we can offer you:\nDepending on the candidate’s skills and experience, the base salary for this position will be in the range of PLN 18 000- 25 000 gross per month under a permanent employment contract (employment contract/UoP). \nBenefits & Bonuses:\nAnnual Bonus\nHealth insurance \nSport card \nLunch subsidy \nCar leasing \nLanguages lessons\nHow to Join Us?\n1.
