engineering and design of greenfield and brownfield substations, including equipment layout, bus configurations, grounding, lightning protection, and control building arrangements.\nOversee development of key design documents such as:\n One line and three line diagrams\nGeneral arrangement drawings\nEquipment specifications and bills of material\nGrounding and lightning protection studies\nConduct, cable, and raceway plans\nProtection & control schematics and wiring diagrams.\nCoordinate with civil, structural, transmission, and protection teams to ensure integrated designs.\nReview and approve engineering deliverables for accuracy and project standard compliance.\nSupport project planning and scheduling.\nProvide technical guidance during engineering development.\nIdentify project risks and work with project managers and discipline leads to development mitigation strategies.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.\n8+ years of experience in high voltage substation design (utility, EPC, or consulting environment).\nFamiliarity with industry standards such as IEEE, NESC, and utility specific requirements.\nExperience leading engineering teams or serving as a technical lead.\nProficiency with substation design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, CDEGS, or equivalent).\nStrong communication
