integrate them into the master schedule using Critical Path Method discipline.\nSupport government planning and coordination activities related to schedule progress, award planning, and readiness to execute program milestones. \nAdvise proposal evaluation teams on offerors’ approaches to schedule feasibility, mission capability, and proposal risk. \nCoordinate schedule activities among multi-discipline teams within the program office, including USAF stakeholders and multiple major defense contractors supporting E-7 simulation, training, and system development\nPrepare and deliver IMS technical products including Gantt charts, network diagrams, critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and schedule risk identification.\nEnsure proper integration of sustainment and acquisition activities into the schedule, linking lifecycle phases where applicable. \nCommunicate schedule objectives, status, and risks to leadership, customers, and contractor teams; propose corrective actions when schedule variances occur. \nSupport requirements development, schedule feasibility assessments, and planning documents to ensure program objectives remain achievable.\n Technical Skills\nDevelop, manage, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and enterprise-level schedules across AWACS programs. \nApply Critical Path Method discipline, baseline management, and schedule risk identification to ensure executable program timelines. \nIntegrate monthly schedule inputs from IPTs, contractors, and internal AWACS stakeholders into IMS structures.\nDefine schedule relationships spanning acquisition phases, milestones, solicitations, contract awards, design reviews, testing events, production phases, and operational deployment objectives. \nProduce Gantt charts, network diagrams, technical schedule products, and other IMS artifacts for government and contractor use. \nUse Microsoft Project and Open Plan Professional to manage detailed scheduling tasks and produce advanced scheduling outputs. \nAdvise proposal evaluation teams on schedule feasibility and risk based on Request for Proposal requirements.\nInterpersonal Skills\nCoordinate schedule activities among multi-disciplinary PMO personnel, contractors, and government stakeholders supporting E-7 AWACS programs. \nCommunicate schedule objectives, risks, timelines, and impacts clearly to leadership, IPTs, and broader program teams. \nCollaborate effectively with major defense contractors responsible for AWACS simulators, trainers, and program milestone development. \nWork independently as a self-starter while maintaining alignment with established schedule management processes. \nProvide informed recommendations and corrective actions when schedule deviations or risks are identified. \nSupport cross-team requirements development and planning by maintaining awareness of program objectives and constraints. \nEngage constructively with proposal teams, government personnel, and PM leadership to support acquisition decision-making.\n Other duties as assigned\nRequirements\nEducation/Training:\nBachelor’s Degree preferred \nExperience:\n5+ years of general experience \n3+ years working in the DoD sector\nSecurity:\nMust be a US citizen\nMust have an active Secret clearance \nPhysical Requirements:\nAble to occasionally reach with hands and arms\nProlonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk\nAdhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)\nAble to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time\nBenefits\nHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nRetirement Plan (401k, IRA)\nLife Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)\nPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\nShort Term & Long Term Disability\nTraining & Development\nWellness Resources\nSalary: $89,800-$105,700\nThis is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held.
