We are harmonizing our processes, building One ERP and accelerating the use of data and AI across the company. Now we are looking for a Data & AI Architect who wants to help build the foundation behind it.\n\nThis is not a role where you maintain an architecture someone else designed. You will have a real opportunity to shape it. You will work across business, data, applications and technology to make sure our data can be trusted, shared and increasingly used by reporting & analytics, AI, Copilot and AI agents. The role is part of the Business Technology Office (BTO) and reports to the CIO.\n\nThe role is based in Lempäälä, Turku, Helsinki or another suitable Kiilto location, with the possibility for hybrid work and occasional travel to Kiilto locations.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nShape Kiilto's Data & AI architecture and roadmap.\n\nBuild the data foundation for AI, analytics and future digital services.\n\nConnect One ERP, master data and other business systems into a coherent data landscape.\n\nTurn business opportunities into scalable Data & AI solutions.\n\nHelp make AI real, from Copilot and AI agents to more advanced AI solutions.\n\nSet the principles for data ownership, quality, security and responsible AI.\n\nGuide technology choices across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Foundry, Fabric and Power Platform.\n\nWork with business teams, architects, developers and partners to turn the architecture into reality.\n\nWhat we hope you bring\n\nExperience in data architecture (TOGAF), data platforms or enterprise analytics.\n\nGood understanding of modern cloud data technologies such as Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks or similar platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of AI architecture, including generative AI, AI agents or machine learning.\n\nExperience or interest in data governance, master data and data quality.\n\nThe ability to connect technology decisions with real business outcomes.\n\nThe confidence to challenge existing solutions and simplify complex environments.\n\nStrong communication skills and fluent English. Finnish and/or Swedish is an advantage.\n\nYou do not need to know everything.
