opportunities to improve customer service processes and optimize workflows\n Desired Profile\nExcellent communication skills, both spoken and written\n\nAbility to analyze and solve problems\n\nStrong customer service orientation\n\nAutonomy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills\n\nGood proficiency in Microsoft Office\n\nKnowledge of the JDE system is an asset\n\nBilingualism in French and English, written and spoken\n\nCollege diploma (DEC) in administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of 2 to 3 years of customer service
