This isn’t just a \"client-facing\" role; it’s a hybrid of digital marketing strategy and data analysis. You will own a set of partners, define growth strategy and optimization paths, and collaborate closely with the User Acquisition team on achieving growth goals. \nWhat you'll own\nNorthstar Objectives:\nChampion Kikoff’s products and services and become the influential main point of contact for our active partners\nDefine Kikoff and Grant’s ambitious new user acquisition goals through account management, up/cross selling, product roadmap recommendations, and optimizations\nConsistently overachieve monthly acquisition goals and grow your career as a contributing member of Kikoff\nAffiliate Relationship Management:\nServe as the main point of contact for assigned affiliate partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships and actively source and onboard net new partners\nCommunicate regularly with affiliates partners to understand their needs, provide support, and address any concerns or issues\nAct as a liaison between affiliates and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, promotions, and campaign strategies\nProvide support to existing and inquiring partners while building out scalable systems to support common partner needs \nBuild and run new verticals and partner types, prioritize outbound targets by expected volume and fit, and take partners from outreach to live and performing\nAttend major partner conferences to foster affiliate relationships, find new partnership opportunities, and represent Kikoff externally\nCampaign Management and Optimization:\nAlign partner strategy with User Acquisition goals and set clear roadmaps for achieving volume and quality KPIs\nWork closely with affiliate partners to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue\nMonitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement\nPresent strategic guidance and recommendations to partners to help them maximize their performance and reach their goals\nWhat we're looking for\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred\n3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a related role with at least 2 years owning a partner book or channel with a budget\nStrong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices\nExperience negotiating performance deals and can clearly articulate deal-making approach\nExcellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with affiliate partners and cross-functional teams\nComfortable building a volume/budget forecast and an approach to achieve it\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions; proficiency with data software such as Tableau and Amplitude\nFamiliarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g., Impact, Appsflyer), proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and familiarity with AI automation (Claude Cowork, Claude Code)\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results and brings a “test and learn” approach\nExperience with DTC, subscription, or fintech a plus.\nBase Range\n$110,000—$125,000 USD\nA note on applying: We know great candidates sometimes hold back if they don’t meet every qualification listed.
