Yes, you can build an exciting business AND have real-life real-customer impact.\nAbout the Role: The Product Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, quality, and success of our products. As a leader in this space, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining a strong focus on customer-centric solutions. You will lead efforts to identify and resolve product issues, manage post-launch processes, and implement strategic policy and compliance initiatives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-impact results while continuously enhancing the user experience.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nWork closely with PM’s and internal stakeholders to ensure products have the needed operational support from inception, to long term product maintenance\nLead and manage cross-functional efforts to diagnose and prioritize root causes of user/product issues, coordinating closely with stakeholders like product, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure action.\nConduct and own customer interviews, gather feedback on features, and ensure product support needs are accurately assessed and fulfilled.\nDrive policy changes related to compliance, delinquency, and charge-off reporting; maintain detailed documentation and product changelogs for transparency and operational efficiency.\nOwn the end-to-end product quality across product pods by identifying gaps, influencing prioritization, and driving cross-functional solutions.\nManage product partners and vendors, including onboarding, QA, and SLAs.\nExpertise and Experience Required:\n5+ years of experience in B2C Tech, Product, Operations, Consulting, or a fast paced start-up environment\n1+ years of experience as a people manager.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders effectively.\nExperience managing vendors against SLAs.\nAnalytical experience, and ability to diagnose and prioritize product issues in a fast-paced environment.\nA track record of running launches and and driving process improvements for long-term operational success.\nStrategic thinking, and demonstrates ability to communicate long-term product strategy.\nBase Range\n$160,000—$200,000 USD\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nKikoff Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
