Behind every fast-growing product, there 27s a group of people who think like owners, act fast, and execute with precision.\n\nHere, you 27ll find people who want to break big in their careers 6 working side by side with entrepreneurs and founders to build ventures that redefine the health, wellness, beauty, or travel industries.\n\nData team, as part of Kiloverse, the operational force behind every impactful Kilo solution, provides advanced data engineering, modelling and reporting solutions for the whole group.\n\nCurrently, we are looking for an experienced data analyst to work on internal media buying tool that will help scale the business even further.\n\nIdentify, investigate and solve data issues: data quality, data discrepancies, missing data\n\nContribute to the development and improvement of data solutions\n\nLeverage the power of dbt for overcoming complex modelling problems with a focus on performance, robustness and scalability\n\nEmploy GCP tools (dbt, Airflow and Looker) to enhance data quality, efficiency, and delivery of accurate and timely data\n\nWork on prevention and alerting solutions\n\nAdopt and refine our best practices e.g. naming convention, data modeling, and data quality testing\n\nCommunicate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and structured manner\n\nAssist and support other team members in the design, development, and implementation of data warehousing, reporting, and analytics solutions\n\nTake ownership of tasks and initiatives\n\nRequirements\n\nHave at least 4 years of proven SQL skills: ability to join and manipulate data of various types (String, Integer, JSON, Array), write parameterized scripts, debug SQL code\n\nKnow ETL and warehousing concepts\n\nHave strong communication skills: timely, clear, and consistent sharing of information, work progress, bottlenecks and findings\n\nHave curious and growth-oriented mindset towards constant learning\n\nBe capable to understand, tackle, and communicate problems from both technical and business perspectives\n\nBe fluent in English and Lithuanian\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience working with dbt is a plus\n\nExperience with analytics tracking tools (e.g., Snowplow, GA4) is a strong plus\n\nCompany offers\n\nOwn your wellness Stay sharp and well in your own way 6 health insurance (after probation), on-site physiotherapist, office gym, and fitness classes keep you moving.
