Planning & Scheduling\nDevelop, plan, and schedule all preventive and predictive maintenance activities.\nCreate weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules aligned with production requirements.\nCoordinate maintenance shutdowns and planned outages to minimise operational disruption.\nPrioritise maintenance work orders based on risk, criticality, and business requirements.\nEnsure all maintenance activities are properly planned with labour, materials, tools, permits, and documentation available before execution.\nCMMS Development & Administration\nAssist in the setup, implementation, and continuous development of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\nCreate and maintain equipment hierarchies, asset registers, preventive maintenance routines, and task libraries.\nEnsure all maintenance work orders are accurately recorded and closed out within the CMMS.\nAnalyse system data to identify trends, improve maintenance effectiveness, and support reliability initiatives.\nDevelop standardised maintenance planning processes within the CMMS environment.\nKPI Reporting & Analysis\nGenerate and distribute weekly and monthly maintenance performance reports.\nMonitor and report key maintenance KPIs.\nProvide analysis and improvement recommendations to management.\nContractor Management\nCoordinate contractor activities and maintenance service providers.\nManage contractor scheduling to ensure efficient execution of maintenance works.\nMaintain contractor documentation.\nEnsure all contractor activities comply with company safety policies and statutory requirements.\nMaintenance Resource Planning\nManage maintenance team availability and resource allocation.\nCoordinate maintenance technician annual leave, training schedules, and shift coverage requirements.\nAnnual Projects & Shutdown Planning\nSupport the planning and execution of annual maintenance shutdowns.\nDevelop detailed project schedules and resource plans for major maintenance works.\nAssist with budget planning and capital project coordination.\nTrack project progress, costs, and key milestones.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful project completion.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency and asset reliability.\nSupport reliability-centred maintenance initiatives and root cause analysis activities.\nStandardise work procedures and maintenance planning processes.\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum 3-5 years' experience in a maintenance planning, scheduling, or maintenance coordination role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nProven experience implementing, configuring, and developing CMMS systems.\nStrong experience in preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.\nExperience managing contractor activities and compliance documentation.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance reporting tools.\nExperience with ERP systems and maintenance budgeting.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nExcellent organisational and planning skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAdvanced CMMS administration and reporting
