The position is suited to a junior/intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking to gain industry experience & to further develop their career.\nAs a Quantity Surveyor with Kilsaran Precast, you will play a vital role in assisting our surveying team with project cost management, estimation and financial planning. This position offers exposure to a variety of projects within the precast construction sector and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in preparing full precast frame quotations.\nMonitor live projects and track financial performance.\nSubmit monthly applications to clients for valuations and payments.\nLiaise with various departments on project-related issues and variations.\nSupport in identifying, managing and negotiating project variations.\nEnsure accuracy in cost reporting and contract management.\nSkills Required:\nDegree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.\n1-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, ideally within construction or precast manufacturing.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with Cubit Estimating Software is beneficial but not essential.\nWhat You Get:\nKilsaran Precast is an organisation that believes that our people are our greatest strength, and our success is down to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team.
