The role involves managing installation crews, coordinating with main contractors, and maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise all precast installation works on site.\nEnsure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company safety procedures.\nReview and implement Method Statements (MS) and Risk Assessments (RAMS).\nConduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks.\nManage and coordinate installation crews, crane operations, and deliveries.\nLiaise closely with the Main Contractor’s site team to coordinate sequencing, crane access, pods, windows, and screeds.\nOversee QA/QC checks - including wall, stair, landing, vertical tie bar, and slab inspections - and ensure sign-off prior to grouting or pours.\nMaintain accurate site records, daily reports, and installation logs.\nManage site logistics and ensure material deliveries are scheduled to align with installation progress.\nMonitor progress against programme and highlight potential delays or issues early.\nSupport continuous improvement through feedback to design, production, and logistics teams.\nQualifications & Experience\nDegree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in site management\nProven ability to manage multiple crews and coordinate heavy crane operations.\nStrong understanding of precast elements, sequencing, and tolerance control.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nProficient in reading technical drawings and working with digital site management systems (Autodesk, FieldView, etc.).\nValid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant H&S qualifications (e.g., CIF Site Supervisor).\nKey Competencies\nStrong safety leadership and attention to detail.\nEffective problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.\nStrong planning and organisational skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork across site and office teams.\nResults-driven with a focus on programme, quality, and efficiency.\nWhat You Get:\nKilsaran Precast is an organization that believes that our people are our greatest strength, and our success is down to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team.
