This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, driving the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of business processes and enterprise applications.\n\nThe Business Systems Analyst Manager will lead cross-functional projects, develop system roadmaps, mentor analysts, and ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals while delivering measurable business value. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts.\n\nPartner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements.\n\nDrive standardization of business processes and enterprise solutions across multiple business units.\n\nLead strategic system implementation and enhancement projects from planning through deployment.\n\nSupport in developing project plans, resource requirements, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.\n\nSupport the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise applications and integrated systems.\n\nEstablish testing, validation, and governance standards to ensure solution quality and compliance.\n\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners.\n\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and collaboration.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n\nProgressive experience in business systems analysis, business process improvement, or enterprise application management.\n\nPrevious leadership experience managing or mentoring analysts and project teams.\n\nStrong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise business processes.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nExperience with project management, process improvement, and change management methodologies. \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms.\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, engineering, or operations environments.\n\nExperience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, Agile, or Kanban methodologies.\n\nFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to business systems. \n\nKey Competencies\n\nStrategic Thinking\n\nLeadership & Talent Development\n\nBusiness Process Improvement\n\nStakeholder Management\n\nProject & Program Management\n\nChange Leadership\n\nCollaboration & Relationship Building\n\nData-Driven Decision Making\n\nCommunication & Executive Presence\n\nCustomer Focus and Results Orientation \n\nOur Benefits:Medical, Dental, 401K, Vision, Disability, and Employee Assistance Program\nKimball Cares Leave ProgramWork schedule flexibilitySenior Leadership EngagementPersonal developmentSocial & Environmental Responsible (Annual ESG Report Published)\n\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
