Working under the supervision of licensed journeyman plumbers, you will gain hands-on experience in installing, modifying, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for gas, water, and drainage. All work must follow applicable building codes for both single-family and multifamily housing projects.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist with the inspection, installation, modification, repair, and upkeep of plumbing systems in compliance with codes and safety regulations\nLearn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications\nAccurately complete quality control and project documentation\nHelp manage multiple job sites and coordinate day-to-day tasks\nOversee and communicate with subcontractors working on assigned projects\nDevelop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones\nFollow direction from supervisors and continue learning the trade through all phases of plumbing work\nGain experience in every stage of plumbing system installation and maintenance\nQualifications:\nEmerging leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and support others on the team\nDedication to producing accurate, high-quality work\nStrong communication abilities for working effectively with builders, contractors, and project managers\nFamiliarity with common plumbing concepts, materials, and techniques\nAbility to take direction, learn quickly, and adapt to changing tasks\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nValid driver's license\nReliable work ethic demonstrated consistently on the job\nWillingness to work 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed\nThis job description outlines the general nature and key responsibilities of the role.
