You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.\nIn one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.\nTo succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:\nManagement Reporting & Presentations\nDevelop presentations, dashboards, and governance reports for management and leadership discussions.\nAnalyze information from multiple sources and synthesize insights into clear and actionable updates.\nRisk & Controls Advisory\nSupport risk and controls assessments across business processes, transformation initiatives, and organizational changes.\nContribute to root cause analysis, issue remediation, and risk mitigation activities for identified control matters.\nRemediation & Issue Management\nSupport tracking of remediation plans for control gaps and audit observations, including review of supporting documentation and closure evidence.\nPrepare status updates, key insights, and management reports on remediation progress and related risks.\nTransformation & Strategic Initiatives\nSupport governance, risk, and controls activities for business transformation, ERP implementation, and process improvement initiatives.\nAssist in identifying and assessing risks arising from process, system, and organizational changes.\nGlobal Stakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate with global process owners, finance teams, project teams, and assurance partners on controls and governance matters.\nParticipate in cross-functional discussions and support strategic and adhoc requests related to risk, controls, and transformation activities.\nEligibility\nCA student eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI guidelines.\nStrong academic performance\nArticleship experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Statutory Audit, SOX, Process Consulting, or related areas preferred. Experience with a leading consulting, audit, or professional services firm is an advantage\nSkills & Competencies\nMandatory\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills.\nAnalytical and structured problem-solving ability.\nUnderstanding of risk, governance, and internal control concepts.\nAbility to synthesize information and present insights clearly.\nPreferred\nExposure to Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or SOX engagements.\nUnderstanding of finance and business processes such as RTR, STP, OTC.\nExposure to SAP or other ERP systems.\nWhat You Will Gain\nExposure to a global controls and governance environment.\nOpportunity to work with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.\nExperience supporting transformation and process improvement initiatives.\nPractical understanding of risk management, issue remediation, and governance.\nDevelopment of communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nLed by Purpose.
