It starts with YOU.\nIn this role, you will:\nMaintain all regulatory training.\nPerform given tasks safely and efficiently (handle cartons, recycle unused/damaged materials, deal with plastic wrap and paper balers.)\nAdherence, Practice of Good Manufacturing Practices, Housekeeping.\nResponsible to comply with standards for attendance and break management (consistent & accurate punch in/out) in time keeping system-UKG.\nDaily ways of working with digital tools (POKA, Shiftboard/Schedule Pro, SAP) and systems.\nRead process orders and production schedules.\nComplete pre-operational checks on equipment (damage, unusual sounds), and report concerns and issues to the appropriate teams.\nPerform shift-change rounds and communicate important information to next shift operator.\nMaintain a clean and orderly workspace following housekeeping standards for the area.\nParticipate in roll changes with the crew; replace empty paper rolls with full ones.\nParticipate in weekly blowdowns (dust clearing) and monthly maintenance downs.\nProvide support to the Back stand Operator; identify and escalate defects, make adjustments to equipment as needed.\nWork together with the material handler to prepare and monitor consumption of finishing supplies (cartons, cases, etc.)\nRead and follow process orders and production schedules.\nPerform basic troubleshooting on case packer, maintain glue levels, assess case forming issues, enter data and watch for issues.\nRecycle unused or damaged materials such as cores, cases, and product.\nOperate equipment according to safety regulations and TPM standards, as well as understand and perform Lock-Out procedures.\nPerform other duties as designated by Supervisor.\nAbout Us\nHuggies®. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent and at least 3 years of Industrialized manufacturing experience.\n1+ years of continuous work experience.\nDemonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. \nPossess strong organizational and time management skills.\nHave strong communications skills, written and oral.\nCompetent Computer Skills to work with Digital Technology Platforms and Enterprise Management Systems\nDriver’s license must be in good standing.\nFit to operate mobile equipment, forklift truck.\nDemonstrate a Safety mindset and behaviors.\nMust be comfortable in an industrial work environment (noise, dust, moving equipment, fluctuating temperatures etc.) May include prolonged periods of sitting (on forklift), along with bending, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs., heights and confined spaces.
