It starts with YOU.\nAbout You\nIn this professional role, based in Pune, you’ll support managers and employees by coordinating HR requests and transactions across the employee lifecycle. As an HR Associate, you will help ensure requests are properly authorized, accurately documented, compliant, and progressed through the correct process.\nYou will work closely with HR Operations, specialist teams, and other functions to resolve cases from request to closure. Strong judgment, attention to detail, clear communication, confidentiality, and a customer service mindset are critical to success in this role.\nJob responsibilities include:\nExecute HR and administrative system transactions on behalf of managers, ensuring required approvals and documentation are in place.\n\nInterpret manager and employee requests, identify the correct HR process, and route transactions or cases appropriately.\n\nCoordinate with specialist teams including Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Finance Operations, and IT to resolve requests.\n\nReview requests for completeness, consistency, and clarity, and proactively seek additional information before processing.\n\nManage a high volume of HR cases and follow up with stakeholders until resolution.\n\nMaintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready documentation for all transactions completed under delegated authority.\n\nSafeguard sensitive and confidential employee information and follow applicable data privacy and compliance requirements.\n\nIdentify non-standard or complex cases and escalate them to the appropriate process owner.\n\nIdentify recurring process gaps, operational risks, and system limitations, and share feedback with process owners.\n\nSupport process improvements and cross-functional initiatives that enhance manager and employee experience.\n\nProvide professional and timely customer service to managers, employees, and partner teams.\n\nSupport HR integration and People Solutions activities as required.\n\nTo succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nThis is a fixed-term contract lasting 18-24 months, with the shift running from 1:00PM to 10:00PM IST.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similarly process-driven administrative function.\n\nFundamental understanding of HR practices and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.\n\nWorking knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday and case management tools such as ServiceNow.\n\nStrong judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple cross-functional requests with consistency, accuracy, and discretion.\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coordinate across teams and levels.\n\nUnderstanding of employee data confidentiality, data privacy, compliance, and audit requirements.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in a Global Business Services or HR Shared Services environment.\n\nExposure to global HR operations and collaboration across different organizational cultures.\n\nExperience coordinating with HR Centers of Excellence and non-HR partner functions.\n\nAbility to identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.\n\nExperience supporting HR transformation, integration, or People Solutions activities.\n\nLed by Purpose.
