This may include project leadership as business needs dictate.\nCommunicates effectively and succinctly in many forms to key stake holders including R&D and cross-functional leaders.\nMaintain as well as gain technical and scientific expertise in areas of technology ownership.\nDrive a culture of documented and protected innovation utilizing patents and trade secrets.\nCoach and mentor team members to increase technical understanding and ability to execute programs to improve business results.\nEnsure all work complies with corporate safety, regulatory and quality requirements as well as our Company Code of Conduct.\nTo succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in STEM-related field from an accredited college/university. \n2+ years of experience in production or R&D environments.\nTrack record of effectively communicating with leaders and team members.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n10%-25% travel with heavier times during in-facility testing or machine conversions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in an engineering/science related field.\n5+ years of relevant experience especially in pulp and paper science and/or tissue manufacturing.\nKey technology areas include tissue technology (forming, drying and winding) and converting (unwinding, rewinding, calendaring, coating, spraying, etc.).\nProven ability to establish a strong, effective cross-functional network at the enterprise level.\nLed by Purpose.
