It starts with YOU.\nTo succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:\nRequired Qualifications:\nAre 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.\nHave a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.\nHave basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.\nAbility to work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and during startup or abnormal operating conditions as business needs require.\nCan pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.\nCan pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).\nSafety Mindset: Demonstrated prior experience with a focus on working safely and hazard recognition.\nAbility to learn and regularly utilize mill computer systems such as: Production MRP System (SAP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, PIMS, etc.\nWarren Facility is a High-Performance Work Team Culture. You must have the ability, drive and desire to work in a team environment\nThe ideal candidate must have one of the following:Minimum of 1 year of sustained work experience; or\nMinimum of at least 2 years of military experience; or\nTechnical degree or certification in Manufacturing Technology or related field; or\nExperience owning or operating a small business\n\nMechanical aptitude troubleshooting, disassembling equipment, parts replacement, general machine repair.
