You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.\nProvide Facility Leadership in the development and implementation of the quality management system (QMS) and quality culture that complies with legislative and corporate requirements and reinforces facility vision.\nComply with KC EHSMS, QMS, sustainability, regulatory, and management system requirements, and contribute to continual improvement in quality, environmental, health, and safety performance.\nBe the voice / representative of the mill to internal and external customers -be the key contact for customer issue resolution.\nEnsuring that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of this standard.\nEnsuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.\nReporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement, in particular to top management.\nEnsuring the promotion of quality, regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organization.\nEnsuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.\nApproving or rejecting plans, processes, materials and products to successfully address customer expectations.\nServing as a liaison with internal and external parties on all matters relating to quality systems.\nAdopt safety practices that meet safety codes, policies, and guidelines; own safety practices for lab and quality operations.\nApproveor reject plans, processes, materials and products to successfully address customer expectations.\nEnsure supplier management programs are designed and implemented to improve quality of raw materials; incorporates the quality principles to operate effectively.\nDesign and implement documentation of document control system and processes.\nEnsure alignment to corporate/regional internal control guidelines when putting up process and procedures; accurate application and regular review of policies and procedures.\nManage and develop team members .\nTo succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 6 years of experience in Quality Management & Systems.\nTeam management and leadership capability.\nCross-functional team collaboration.\nStrong influencing and negotiation skills.\nStrong strategic thinking and skill to influence broad multifunctional team.\nISO certifications and exposure to Microbiology as a discipline would added advantages.\nLed by Purpose.
