customer service support to shareholders, stockbrokers, authorised representatives and other stakeholders.\nThe role involves handling enquiries and service requests, resolving complaints, processing transactions and supporting the use of the company’s digital platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWork with internal teams to resolve customer requests and improve the overall customer experience.\nProcess assigned transactions and workflow requests accurately using ProcessMaker.\nFollow up on requests and complaints to ensure resolution within defined turnaround times.\nOnboard shareholders onto ShareholderLive and guide them on the use of self- service channels.\nMaintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of shareholder information.\nVerify shareholder information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.\nEscalate complex enquiries, unresolved complaints and operational issues where necessary.\nHandle customer enquiries, complaints and service requests and ensure timely resolution.\nAttend to shareholders, stockbrokers and other stakeholders professionally across approved service channels.\n\nRequirements\n\nPrior experience in registrar or share registration operations is an added advantage.\nExperience in the capital market, banking, or financial services is preferred.\nMinimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field.\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, front office, or operations.\n\nKey Skills:\n\nGood attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong customer service, complaint-handling, and problem-solving skills.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nAbility to work with
