Responsibilities\nCreative Direction & Brand Aesthetics\nDefine and maintain a strong, consistent visual language across all brand communications.\nEnsure all creative outputs reflect premium aesthetics and strong brand storytelling.\nTranslate brand strategies into compelling visual concepts and campaigns.\nDesign & Execution\nLead the design and development of marketing collaterals, campaign creatives, packaging visuals, and digital assets.\nOversee the design of pitch decks, presentations, brochures, and brand communication materials.\nEnsure high standards of visual quality, typography, color balance, and overall design aesthetics.\nTeam Leadership\nManage, mentor, and guide the in-house design team, ensuring creativity and productivity.\nProvide constructive feedback and creative direction to designers.\nFoster a collaborative and innovative creative culture within the team.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nWork closely with marketing, branding, product, and leadership teams to understand campaign and communication requirements.\nTranslate briefs into impactful creative solutions.\nQuality & Innovation\nStay updated with design trends, visual culture, and
