Production Plan Execution\nExecute daily production plans as per schedule issued by Planning.\nEnsure timely line setup and production start-up.\nMonitor production output against targets and take corrective actions for deviations.\nEnsure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.\nCoordinate with dispensing supervisor for uninterrupted material availability.\nEnsure completion of production orders within planned timelines.\n2. Shop Floor Supervision\nSupervise production operators, row monitors and workers.\nAllocate manpower across lines based on production priorities and SKU requirements.\nMonitor shop floor discipline and productivity.\nConduct shift handover and shift review meetings.\nEnsure proper line balancing and workflow management.\n3. Quality & GMP Compliance\nEnsure adherence to approved SOPs, BPRs, and work instructions.\nMaintain GMP, housekeeping, and 6S standards across production areas.\nEnsure in-process quality checks are performed as per requirements.\nCoordinate with QA for line clearance and quality inspections.\nInvestigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.\n4. Productivity & Efficiency Management\nMonitor hourly production performance.\nTrack and improve:Line Productivity\nLabour Productivity\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and implement improvement actions.\nSupport Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement projects.\n5. Safety, Health & Environment\nEnsure compliance with all safety procedures and EHS requirements.\nReport and investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.\nEnsure proper usage of PPE by all employees.\n6. Material & Inventory Control\nVerify material issuance against production orders.\nMonitor material consumption and wastage.\nEnsure proper material reconciliation after batch completion.\nCoordinate with Stores for material shortages and returns.\nMaintain traceability of materials and finished goods.\n7. Documentation & Reporting\nEnsure accurate completion of production records.\nUpdate daily production reports and shift reports.\nRecord downtime, rejection, rework, and wastage data.\nEscalate production issues promptly to management.\nMaintain production KPIs and dashboard data.\n8. People Management\nTrain operators on SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices.\nConduct skill assessments and identify training needs.\nSupport performance management and employee development.\nPromote teamwork, discipline, and positive work culture.\n9.
