This is an in-office position.\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you will administer and support the firm’s AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Claude Enterprise. You will work with teams across the firm to build AI agents and automations, implement security and governance controls, and help employees use these technologies effectively.\nYour duties will include:\nAdministering Power Platform and Copilot Studio, including environment configuration, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, security roles, and access controls\nBuilding, testing, deploying, and supporting Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate flows with business teams, using separate development, test, and production environments\nManaging connectors, custom connectors, plugins, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, including approvals and restrictions on their use\nDesigning and maintaining Dataverse tables and data models that support agents, apps, and automations\nAdministering and supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Agent Builder and Copilot Cowork\nAdministering ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise, and supporting model deployments in Microsoft Foundry\nManaging agent intake, approvals, inventory, ownership, monitoring, and retirement, including periodic reviews and disabling agents when needed\nImplementing agent governance and security controls with Information Security, including identity management, authentication, permissions, data protection, and sharing policies\nMonitoring platform usage, licensing, and capacity, including Copilot Credits and Dataverse storage, and reporting on adoption and resource needs\nCoaching AI Champions and employees through training sessions, practical documentation, and hands-on support\nPartnering with Enterprise Applications, Cloud Services, and platform vendors to troubleshoot issues and coordinate platform changes\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience\n3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or enterprise cloud platforms, including platform administration in an enterprise organization\nHands-on experience building, publishing, and supporting Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate flows\nExperience administering Power Platform environments, DLP policies, security roles, connectors, licensing, and capacity\nExperience with Dataverse, Microsoft Entra ID security groups, and Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot administration and agent capabilities\nFamiliarity with enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, or Microsoft Foundry\nKnowledge of AI agent governance and security, including identity, authorization, data protection, and lifecycle management\nExperience with change-management policies and procedures\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and coach non-technical users\nDesired Skills\nRelevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot, AI, or Microsoft 365 administration\nMicrosoft Agent 365, Managed Environments, and Power Platform deployment pipelines\nWork IQ integrations, MCP servers, and agent interoperability\nOkta, including Okta for AI Agents\nMicrosoft Purview DLP and Information Protection\nPower BI, PowerShell, the Power Platform CLI, or the Power Platform API\nServiceNow request and catalog workflows\nExperience in engineering, construction, or professional services environments\nWhy Kimley-Horn?\nAt Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
