This is not a remote position.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the annual business planning/budgeting processes through preparation of data and analyses\nPartner with internal functions to analyze current month activity against approved budgets, assessing impact on projected annual profitability\nAssist in monthly forecasting of operating expenses\nPreparation of interim and monthly financial reports and responding to related inquiries\nPerformance of data requests, financial analyses, and other financial modeling, as requested by those throughout the firm, including senior executives\nRespond to financial surveys throughout the year\nAssist with special projects among various teams nationwide \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\nAlteryx, VBA, Power Query, and SQL skills preferred\n2 or more years of relevant experience\nExcellent quantitative skills combined with an ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations\nHigh degree of professionalism and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization from new hires to senior executives\nExceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic\nOutstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements\nMust be an excellent team player as well as work independently\nSalary Range:\n$75,000 - $85,000\nEligible for performance based bonuses\nWhy Kimley-Horn?\nAt Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
