Leadership\nDevelop and maintain the firm's predictive analytics roadmap.\nIdentify and prioritize business opportunities where predictive models can improve decision-making.\nPartner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into analytics initiatives.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and data science resources.\nPredictive Analytics & Machine Learning\nDesign, develop, and deploy predictive models that identify business risks and opportunities.\nCreate early warning systems for key business processes such as:Project risk detection\nAccounts receivable collection risk\nRevenue forecasting\nStaff utilization trends\nPTO and labor cost forecasting\nProject margin deterioration\n\nEstablish model monitoring and performance measurement processes.\nEnterprise Data Enablement\nPartner closely with the Data Warehouse team to define data requirements and architecture.\nEnsure analytics solutions are built using governed, enterprise-scale datasets.\nCollaborate on data quality improvements and master data initiatives.\nHelp define analytical data products and reusable datasets.\nBusiness Partnership\nWork directly with Finance, Operations, PMApp, and other business teams.\nCommunicate analytical findings in business terms.\nDrive adoption of predictive insights within operational workflows.\nSupport executive decision-making with data-driven recommendations.\nVendor & Technology Leadership\nPartner with strategic consulting and implementation partners, including CDW and future analytics partners.\nEvaluate analytics platforms, machine learning technologies, and AI capabilities.\nEstablish best practices for model development, governance, and deployment.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nExperience\n7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields.\nExperience building predictive models in business environments.\nExperience working with enterprise data warehouse environments and analytics platforms.\nExperience leading analytics initiatives across multiple business functions.\nDemonstrated ability to influence senior business stakeholders.\nTechnical Skills\nPython\nSQL\nMachine Learning\nStatistical Modeling\nPower BI/Tableau\nAzure Databricks or similar cloud analytics platforms\nData warehousing and data
