This is an in-office position.\nResponsibilities\nConfiguring and administration of ProjectWise and enterprise-level, integrated applications including installation, maintenance of environments (e.g., install, development, test, staging, production, etc.), patching, fixes, upgrades, and code management\nDelivering and designing configuration and enhancement needs to meet specific business requirements including workflow rules engine, standard templates, document properties\nCreating and maintaining rendition profiles, unmanaged profiles, and ICS rendition\nCoordinating with software SMEs on integration features and functionality\nCoordinating software feature development, testing and releases\nManaging ProjectWise Change Management Tasks\nManaging the implementation of new integration services of PW365 integrations with ProjectWise Design Integration server\nActing as a liaison with Bentley SMEs to maintain, modify configuration in the cloud environment\nEngaging on innovative projects as a subject matter expert\nWorking with internal project teams to identify client needs and opportunities for PW implementation\nCoordinating and delivering ProjectWise User and Administrator training\nManaging Deliverables Management structure and workflows\nProviding end user support\nSupporting ProjectWise Web and ProjectWise Drive\nCoordinating installation of cache servers and liaising with IT subject matter experts where relevant\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related discipline, or Associate’s degree in computer Aided Design, Engineering Technology or similar, plus 8 years related experience\nSolid ProjectWise knowledge and 4+ years of experience working as ProjectWise administrator supporting 100+ users\nBentley ProjectWise Administration Accreditation (Basic)\nAn understanding of relational databases, including administration, operation, and maintenance\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal team members, external clients, agencies, and stakeholders at all levels of an organization\nStrong technical writing and documentation skills\nDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nDesired Skills:\nBentley Dynamic Managed Workspaces\nPowerShell scripting, SQL, ServiceNow workflows\nPower BI automation, dashboards, and fillable forms\nBentley ProjectWise Administration Accreditation (Advanced)\nA thorough knowledge of Windows Active Directory\nAutodesk and Bentley CADD applications maintenance and plugin development\nA comprehensive understanding of electronic document management with strong emphasis on engineering design\nVisual Basic, MicroStation Visual Basic for legacy applications\nKnowledge of ProjectWise Infrastructure such as Windows servers, fileservers, database servers, web servers and networks\nSalary Range: $110,000 - 140,000, depending on applicable experience.\nWhy Kimley-Horn?\nAt Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
