Job Overview :
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer .NET + React to join our engineering team in Bangalore or Remote. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development using .NET along with hands-on expertise in React.js and modern web application development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications while working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET/C# and React.js.
- Build robust and secure RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core/.NET.
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Work with SQL Server or other relational databases, including database design, queries, and optimisation.
- Participate in the complete software development life cycle, from requirements and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Follow best practices for security, coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and version control.
Required Skills :
- 2 - 7 years of experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET.
- Good experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Web APIs, and micro-services architecture.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Understanding of unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have :
- Experience with Azure/AWS.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to message queues, caching, and distributed systems.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
