Domain Analytics (Core Focus)\nWork with U.S. mortgage datasets across loan origination and servicing lifecycle\nAnalyze and report on key metrics such as:\nUPB (Unpaid Principal Balance) and loan-level roll-forwards\nDelinquency buckets (30/60/90+) and default trends\nPrepayments (CPR), payoffs, and servicing cash flows\nLoan pipeline, lock, funding, and pull-through metrics\nSupport remittance, payment, escrow, and transaction-level reporting\nReporting & Dashboarding\nBuild and maintain dashboards using Sigma Computing, Tableau, or Power BI\nDeliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports for servicing and origination teams\nAutomate recurring reporting workflows\nSQL & Data Processing\nDevelop SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server and/or Snowflake\nPerform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation across multiple mortgage data sources\nSupport development of curated datasets for analytics and reporting\nData Reconciliation & Quality\nPerform loan-level and portfolio-level reconciliation (e.g., UPB roll-forward validation, payment vs transaction matching)\nIdentify and resolve data discrepancies across systems (LOS, servicing, investor reporting)\nEnsure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs\nCollaboration & Delivery\nWork closely with U.S.-based stakeholders (servicing ops, capital markets, reporting teams)\nTranslate business requirements into reports and dashboards\nDeliver high-quality outputs within defined SLAs\nRequired Qualifications (Domain-Focused)\n 3+ years of experience in the U.S. mortgage domain (mandatory):\nLoan origination (LOS), OR\nLoan servicing (payments, escrow, remittance, transactions), OR\nMortgage reporting/capital markets support\nStrong understanding of mortgage lifecycle and key data elements (loan status, balances, payments, delinquency)\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong SQL experience (Microsoft SQL Server or similar)\nExperience with Snowflake or other data warehouse\nHands-on BI/reporting tools like Sigma Computing, Tableau, or Power BI\nAdvanced Excel skills\nStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with servicing reconciliation, remittance reporting, or investor reporting\nExposure to MSR, NQM, RTL, or secondary market data\nFamiliarity with data pipelines or tools like dbt or Apache Airflow\nExperience working in offshore/onshore delivery models\nKey Success Metrics\nAccuracy of mortgage data reporting and reconciliation\nAbility to independently handle domain-specific analysis\nReduction in data discrepancies
