You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.\nYou will thrive in this role if you are:\nA curious problem solver who challenges the status quo \nA collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing \nExcited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data \nExperienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) \nRole & Responsibilities:\n• Strong hands-on expertise in designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and desktop applicationsDeep understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and ability to define end-to-end automation strategy for enterprise-scale applications\nDrive adoption of AI-powered testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-based test generation/self-healing platforms) to improve testing speed and coverage\nDesign and implement scalable, reusable automation scripts using Playwright/Selenium with Python or Java\nIntegrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for continuous testing\nPerform functional, regression, API, and end-to-end automated testing across multiple application streams\nAnalyze test results, debug failures, and collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to resolve defects\nPrepare and maintain test metrics, automation coverage reports, and dashboards for stakeholder visibility\n• Explore and prototype AI/ML-driven testing use cases (e.g., predictive test selection, anomaly detection, intelligent test data generation)\n\nMust Have\nTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: .\n4-5 years of experience in software test automation, with at least 2-3 years working with AI-augmented testing tools\nStrong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or Java\nHands-on expertise with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and cloud testing platforms (LambdaTest/BrowserStack)\nWorking knowledge of AI Copilot tools and experience applying them within a testing/QA context\nExperience with API testing tools and frameworks (REST Assured, Postman, Swagger)\nSolid understanding of CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)\nExcellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nNote; Playwright tool / Python scripting Expert level, top class members with excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, enthusiastic and ability to learn quickly and contribute and grow.\nSkills Good to have\nSome Work Exp. in ORPOS (Oracle tool), Retail Domain, Digital Testing\nPython/JAVA Scripting/Selenium/Playwright\nPersonality Traits\nExcellent Communication Skills\nVery good Problem Solving & Analytical Skills\nFlexible and Ability to learn quickly\nExcellent attitude\nInnovative\nIf you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
