Our state-of-the-art office, located in the World Trade Centre in Chennai, offers our growing team space for expansion and collaboration.\nLocation\nBengaluru, India\nAbout the team\nThe Instructor within Training and Enablement, as a fully proficient and seasoned professional, will be responsible for developing applied learning curriculum and deliver product education services to global customers, internal employees, and partners. They will enhance and formalize emerging knowledge programs and support the launching of innovative new deliverables.\nWhat you will do\nResponsible for developing product knowledge certification programs.\nDesign and facilitate bootcamps, labs, and workshop style classroom training to Kinaxis customers, partners, and employees for Maestro (Rapid Response). \nThis includes customization and development of new courseware to support customer specific training material for both instructor-led, and Virtual instructor-led training.\nDrive transformation activities to ensure effective adoption of product lines with audiences spanning from new to advanced users leveraging existing and customized courseware .\nConsult and collaborate by building relationships with internal teams (documentation, curriculum, project management, product groups, partner organization and deployment consultants) to develop roadmaps for new learning tools and enhancements to existing tools. \nDesign and maintain knowledge and documentation management systems and processes.\nDevelop reporting metrics, including learner assessments and an operational dashboard to provide insights and informed decision making. \nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Shares knowledge and provides clear and concise documentation.\nCoach and mentor new instructors including Authorized Training Partner instructors.\nMaintain product knowledge of Kinaxis applications, training techniques, and the supply chain management industry.\nWhat we are looking for\nBachelor’s degree in a related discipline\n5-7 years of related experience in developing learning programs within Supply chain Management\nExperience of implementing Maestro (Minimum of one end to end project) is an added advatage.\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in training, preferably in Supply Chain Management\nDirectly related experience with analytics, dashboards, and scorecards\nDemonstrates credibility and integrity to garner respect from multiple contacts and provides service excellence.\nProfessional certification(s) within APICS\nA clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to present complex information and demonstrate knowledge to challenge the status quo and engage the listener at the appropriate level.\n Active listening skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and consider input from others to determine the best course of action. \nUse of empathy and influence during interactions.\nIntermediate to advanced skill in MS Office, Kinaxis product knowledge\nKnowledge of Java script and modern web-oriented scripting languages\nExperience working with relational databases and strong technical and SQL skills.\n#Senior #LI-GP1\nWork With Impact: Our platform directly helps companies power the world’s supply chains.
