Every day, you’ll be part of a journey to add flavor to millions of meals and lives. \nAbout The Role\nThe Senior ERP Systems Analyst will help Kinder’s strengthen and scale the enterprise systems that support our growing business. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, this role will serve as a bridge between business teams and technology, translating operational needs into practical, reliable, and scalable ERP solutions. \nThis is a hands-on role with responsibility across the systems lifecycle-from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, user adoption, and ongoing support. The Senior ERP Systems Analyst will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Sales Operations, and other teams to improve business processes, strengthen data integrity, and increase the value Kinder’s receives from its ERP platform. \nThe ideal candidate combines strong ERP and business-process knowledge with curiosity, sound judgment, and a builder mindset. This person is comfortable working through ambiguity, can move between technical details and business outcomes, and knows how to create structure in a rapidly evolving organization. \nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Partnership & Process Design \nDevelop a strong understanding of Kinder’s business processes, priorities, and system landscape. \nPartner with business stakeholders to identify pain points, clarify requirements, and design solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, accuracy, and control. \nFacilitate discovery sessions and translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and solution specifications. \nEvaluate requests against enterprise priorities, system capabilities, and long-term architecture; recommend practical and scalable approaches. \nServe as a trusted advisor to business teams, helping stakeholders understand system options, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks. \nSupport processes across areas such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, product costing, manufacturing, supply planning, warehouse operations, and record-to-report. \nERP Configuration, Optimization & Support \nConfigure, maintain, and continuously improve ERP functionality in partnership with internal technology teams and external implementation partners. \nAnalyze system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate timely resolution of functional, data, integration, and process-related problems. \nManage enhancements from intake and prioritization through design, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-launch support. \nMonitor recurring support issues and implement durable solutions that reduce manual work and improve the user experience. \nAssist with ERP upgrades, releases, integrations, and implementation initiatives. \nMaintain appropriate system controls, role design, workflows, and approval structures in collaboration with Information Security, Finance, and process owners. \nCoordinate effectively with vendors and consultants, ensuring that deliverables meet Kinder’s requirements and quality expectations. \nTesting, Data Integrity & Documentation \nDevelop test strategies, test scripts, and expected results for system changes, integrations, upgrades, and new functionality. \nLead or coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing; track defects through resolution. \nPartner with business owners to improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of ERP master and transactional data. \nSupport data conversion, reconciliation, validation, and cutover activities when new capabilities are introduced. \nCreate and maintain process maps, configuration records, functional specifications, support procedures, and user documentation. \nHelp establish repeatable standards for ERP governance, change control, documentation, and release management. \nProject Delivery & Change Adoption \nLead ERP workstreams and smaller system initiatives, managing scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. \nParticipate in cross-functional projects requiring changes to enterprise applications, integrations, reporting, or business processes. \nCommunicate project status, decisions, risks, and recommend actions clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences. \nDevelop training materials and deliver effective training for business users and process owners. \nSupport change management and adoption activities so that new functionality produces measurable business value. \nBalance immediate business needs with solutions that can support Kinder’s continued growth. \nWhat You Bring to the Table\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, finance, supply chain, or a related field-or equivalentrelevant experience. \nFive or more years of progressive experience supporting, implementing, or optimizingenterprise ERP systems. \nStrong functional understanding of two or more core business areas, such as finance and accounting, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, supply chain planning, warehouse management, or order management. \nHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. \nExperience gathering requirements, mapping business processes, performing fit-gap analysis, and producing functional specifications. \nExperience supporting system configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, deployment, and production support. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identifyroot causes across systems, data, and business processes. \nDemonstrated ability to reconcile and validatecomplex data while maintaining close attention to detail and control requirements. \nExperience leading user acceptance testing and coordinating stakeholders through system and process changes. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business language. \nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make progress when requirements or processes are still evolving. \nExperience in consumer-packagedgoods, food, manufacturing, retail, or anotherinventory-intensive industry is strongly preferred. \nFamiliarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms is a plus. \nExperience working with system integrators, consultants, and application vendors is a plus \nLocation and Travel\nThis role is based in Kinder’s Walnut Creek, California office, with four days in the office each week. Travel to customers and Kinder’s operating partners may be requiredas business needs dictate. \nPay Transparency\nThe expected starting salary range for this role is $115,000- $125,000 per year. The salary range posted for this role reflects the good-faith base pay rangeKinder’sreasonably expectsto offer at the time of posting and may vary based on the location of the role.
