Every day, you’ll be part of a journey to add flavor to millions of meals and lives. \nHow You Will Have an Impact at Kinder’s: The Senior Project Manager at Kinder’s will support critical commercialization, optimization, and product migration initiatives across key product lines. You will be responsible for executing projects that impact the company’s growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented project manager with strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. \nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Execution: \nManage assigned projects to ensure timely and successful execution. \nCreate and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and deliverables. \nIdentify risks and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies. \nEnsure alignment of project goals with business objectives. \nCommercialization: \nSupport commercialization planning for new product launches. \nAssist cross-functional efforts to migrate product lines or platforms. \nManage commercialization activities across departments. \nCross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: \nCollaborate with other project managers and departments to ensure consistent execution. \nServe as liaison between departments for assigned projects. \nProvide project status updates and flag issues to leadership. \nWhat You Bring to the Table:\nYou’ve led projects tied to manufacturing, supply chain, commercialization, or operational execution. If your background is primarily in software product management or creative agency/marketing PM work, this role will NOT be the right fit. \nEducation / Experience \n 10+ years of experience in project management in CPG or other related areas (not technology). \nProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. \nExcellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. \nStrong financial acumen and comfort reviewing and preparing financial information and presentations detailing financial metrics and analysis. \nStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail. \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills. \nStrong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. \nProficiency in project management tools (Wrike experience a plus). \nPMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus. \nBachelor's degree. \nPersonal Characteristics \nGrowth mindset with an excitement to learn (and teach). \nPassionate people-lover excited by the opportunity to build strong relationships with teammates and consumers. \nThrive in a dynamic, lean, and agile environment. \nCollaborative mindset with an ability to find creative solutions. \nSelf-starter who takes initiative and is willing to speaks their mind. \nExcited to be part of a fast-moving team with the ability to be a leader and a follower where required. \nThe expected starting salary range for this role is $145,000- $165,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
