To keep our momentum rolling, we need more passionate flavor advocates and builders to come and join our team and help us reach every kitchen across the U.S. and maybe even the world. \nHow you'll have an impact at Kinder’s: \nAs the Warehouse Manager who will play a key role in helping us scale effectively by overseeing storage and order fulfillment processes handled by 3PL warehouse providers. This position is essential in ensuring seamless coordination between our internal operations team and our third-party warehousing partners as well as help streamline warehouse best practices and delivery of strong KPI performance by 3PL warehouse providers. You’ll be the key contact point across our warehousing, inbound, and outbound shipping processes-ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and information across the supply chain. We're seeking someone who not only understands warehousing and supply chain best practices but is also driven by continuous improvement, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our operations and contribute directly to the continued success of the Kinder’s brand.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrong Operational Leadership Skills, and be a thought Partner to Customer Operations, Co-Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Planning, Inventory Control & Logistics Teams\nExpertise in 3PL Warehouse Management\nSupply Chain Internal Optimization Partner\nEfficiency and Cost Savings\nTake lead in streamlining warehousing operations by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner with Logistics and Inventory Management teams to optimize warehouse utilization and inventory flow.\nTake lead in implementing cost-saving measures that reduce overall warehouse expenses while maintaining service quality.\nRisk Mitigation\nProactively identify potential risks in warehouse operations, including delays, disruptions, and compliance challenges. Review 3rd party operational RCAs (root cause analyses).\nDevelop contingency plans and enforce process controls to ensure business continuity and resilience.\nCreate and document SOPs that maintain high warehouse operational standards.\nServe as a project member for new facility openings or operational transitions.\nDevelop warehouse key performance indicator scorecards and 3rd party warehouse audit & continuous improvement programs.\nOperations & Fulfillment Management\nEnsure timely and accurate receiving and shipping performance.\nEnsure alignment from warehouse operations with customer expectations to strengthen relationships and build loyalty.\nMaintain open communication with internal teams and external partners to support a consistent, positive customer experience.\nEnsure 3PL warehouses meet KPI goals on receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, OS&D’s, returns and VAS (value-added services).\nScalability and Flexibility\nEnsure warehouse operations adapt to meet changing business needs, including seasonal fluctuations, market shifts, and new product launches.\nEnsure warehouse operational models that support both short-term demands and long-term growth are implemented effectively.\nKPI Management - Sourcing and Expansion\nSupport category expansion teams in sourcing, onboarding, and establishing new product categories or distribution channels.\nHelp maintain relationships with new suppliers, logistics partners, and stakeholders.\nAssist in the implementation and execution of plans to support expansion initiatives.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n5 to 7+ years of warehouse logistics or supply chain leadership experience, preferably with operations background in consumer-packaged goods supply chain or operations with strong analytical skills.\nProven track record of managing 3rd party distribution center operations. Ability to set and achieve goals and engage in creative problem solving\nStrong organization skills and attention to detail are necessary, as well as commitment to seeing tasks through completion.\nFlexible, efficient, and motivated self-starter that requires little direction, with a proven ability in creative problem solving and managing multiple priorities\nA commitment and passion for being an active participant in our fast-paced, high growth company.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products. Familiarity with SAP a plus. Advanced proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Familiarity with SAP and RF scanning technologies a plus.\nBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or related field is preferred.\nIndustry Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional in Lean Six Sigma/ Continuous Improvement, Certified ASCM (Association of Supply Chain Management).\nLocation and Travel\nThe position will be based out of our office in Walnut Creek, CA. We strongly believe in the power of culture and community and have a hybrid work structure with 4 days in the office on a weekly basis to encourage collaboration and personal connections that will allow us to better serve our customers and consumer and to have more fun. Fridays are flex days with employees having the opportunity to choose to be either in the office or to work from home based on what makes most sense for them. \nPay Transparency\nThe expected starting salary range for this role is $135,000- $155,000 per year. The salary range posted for this role reflects the good-faith base pay range Kinder’s reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting and may vary based on the location of the role.
