Take a deeper dive into all things Kinective at kinective.io\nPlease note that this role does not currently offer sponsorship opportunities.\nRequirements\nThe Cliffs Notes\nThe Project Manager coordinates with our clients, Product and software developers in the design, planning, and management of complex software and hardware installations.\nOur ideal candidate manages the implementation and development phases necessary to deploy Kinective software into our clients’ environments. The Project manager works with clients and internal departments to conduct successful project installations. They also provide leadership and communication for ensuring an efficient workflow while working to reduce overall delivery timelines.\nA successful candidate must be customer-oriented, and task driven with the ability to understand basic software installation process. Performs related duties as directed.\nWhat you’ll own:\nCreating long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines for both internal and external clients? \nPartners closely with other members of the Product Team, Support, Development, and other internal partners to ensure successful project delivery and client experience? \nDelegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them? \nManages multiple deals/projects concurrently that may have competing priorities, resources, and timelines? \nMaking effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project? \nServing as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy? \nCommunicating with executives and clients to keep the project aligned with their goals? \nAdjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change? \nPerforming quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected and escalating any target dates that could be at risk? \nMust work independently with minimal supervision, as well as contribute to the larger project deal team? \nWhat you’re great at:\nStrong written & verbal communication along with interpersonal skills? \nAbility to lead and adapt in a changing environment? \nProblem-solving and decision-making skills with an attention to detail? \nThe ability to delegate effectively? \nTime management skills \nNecessary Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.\n3 years experience managing client-facing projects.??
