This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations, while serving as a key liaison between clients, technical teams, and field operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Execution\nPlan and deliver HV cable projects, defining scope, schedules, and deliverables\nCoordinate with clients, technical leads, and field teams to ensure aligned execution\nMonitor progress, manage risks, and drive projects to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets\nProvide regular project updates and support successful close-out, including documentation and lessons learned\nCoordination & Resources\nManage internal resources, field crews, and equipment deployment\nCollaborate with operations and vendors to support smooth project delivery\nSupport site planning, scheduling, and execution readiness\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nServe as primary point of contact for clients\nLead meetings, manage expectations, and resolve issues proactively\nBuild strong relationships to support repeat business and client satisfaction\nProject Controls\nTrack budgets, schedules, and forecasts\nIdentify variances and support corrective actions\nAssist with change orders, invoicing, and reporting consistency\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field\n3-5 years experience managing engineering projects in the utility or energy sector\nHV cable, substation, or commissioning experience preferred\nStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skills\nKinectrics AES, Inc. supports diversity and is committed to the concept of Equal Employment Opportunity.
