Other elements may also include pay for performance programs (merit pay and discretionary annual performance bonuses), comprehensive health benefits and wellness programs, membership discounts, employee referral bonus, eligibility for our pension plan, career development programs, and professional development/educational reimbursements.\nAccountabilities: How You Will Make an Impact\nPerform all assigned duties in accordance with Kinectrics safety requirements, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards. \nSupport employees and stakeholders in the resolution of supplier-related issues, invoice discrepancies, and rejected invoices. \nAssist with invoice review, approval workflows, coding validation, and follow-up activities to ensure timely processing. \nProcess and upload invoices accurately against the appropriate purchase orders within designated systems. \nMaintain and enter procurement and financial data on the Accrual sheet, including SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness. \nProcess transactions, review records for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies as required. \nProvide administrative and clerical support to the Procurement team, including document management, record maintenance, and reporting activities. \nAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nSuccessful completion of a high school diploma, supplemented by specialized coursework in purchasing \nOne year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required\nKnowledge of purchasing practices and procedures \nProficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc. \nDemonstrated knowledge of SAP or relative applications experience in Purchasing, Inventory, or Accounting \nExcellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills\nProven ability to effectively manage responsibilities independently on a day-to-day basis\nDemonstrated commitment to delivering a high level of customer service\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nHigh level of assertiveness to communicate with employees across all levels of the organization \nOperates with a high level of integrity, discretion, and ethical responsibility in all employment-related activities\nPrevious experience in a multi-faceted purchasing and/or manufacturing environment \nKinectrics Inc is strongly committed to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) and welcomes applications from all individuals.
