Working across multiple security domains, you’ll monitor and troubleshoot identity, synchronisation and integration services, resolve incidents, support operational change and contribute to platform uplift, modernisation and service improvement initiatives.\nThis onsite role requires attendance five days per week, with occasional weekend and after-hours on-call work for patching.\nAbout You\nYou’re a detail-focused engineer who enjoys solving complex data, identity and integration problems. To be considered, you will ideally bring:\nCurrent Active Baseline Government Clearance as a minimum, required for a Federal Government customer, with willingness to obtain NV2 clearance in future.\nExperience supporting identity management, ETL, directory synchronisation and enterprise integration environments.\nStrong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, identity data flows and lifecycle management processes.\nStrong SQL, troubleshooting and scripting skills, including tools such as PowerShell, VBScript or Java-based workflow logic.\nExperience supporting production services, incidents, problems, changes and continuous improvement activities.\nStrong communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.\nAbout Kinetic IT\nKinetic IT is a leading Australian IT services provider specialising in Intelligent Workplace, Cloud, Cyber Security, Digital Infrastructure and IT Service Management.
