This is an opportunity to shape a practical approach that strengthens service stability and governance while enabling delivery.\nThis role is based 100% onsite and requires Australian Citizenship and an active Australian Government security (AGSVA) clearance.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nOwn and continuously improve the end-to-end Change Enablement process across the service management environment.\nCoordinate change assessment, authorisation and scheduling, ensuring risks, impacts, dependencies and implementation plans are clearly understood.\nFacilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and other forums to support timely, informed decisions.\nMaintain change policies, procedures, process maps and guidance aligned with ITIL and customer requirements.\nTrack change performance, success rates, failed changes and compliance trends to identify practical improvements.\nWhat we’re looking for:\n Australian Citizenship and an active NV1 or NV2 Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA).\nDemonstrated Change Enablement or Change Management experience within a complex ICT, government or enterprise service environment.\nStrong knowledge of ITIL practices, change governance and risk-based decision-making.\nAbility to develop clear process documentation, meaningful reporting and measurable controls.\nConfident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.\nABOUT KINETIC IT\nKinetic IT delivers secure, high-impact technology services across cyber security, cloud, digital infrastructure, intelligent workplace and IT service management.
