Working as part of a collaborative technical team, you’ll assess security risks, support the implementation of security controls and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the customer’s security posture.\nYour focus will include monitoring and analysing infrastructure security, identifying vulnerabilities and control gaps, supporting incident response activities and working with technical teams to strengthen security practices. You’ll apply your knowledge across server, network and endpoint environments while supporting compliance with relevant Australian Government security frameworks and customer requirements.\nWhat we’re looking for\nMust hold an active AGSVA Security Clearance (NV1 or NV2)\nBroad knowledge of infrastructure security across server, network and endpoint environments\nExperience identifying security risks, vulnerabilities and control gaps, with the ability to recommend practical remediation actions\nUnderstanding of security monitoring, incident response and the implementation and maintenance of security controls\nKnowledge of the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) is preferred\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and customer representatives\nAbility to work onsite within a Federal Government customer environment\nAbout Kinetic IT\nKinetic IT is a leading Australian IT services provider specialising in Intelligent Workplace, Cloud, Cyber Security, Digital Infrastructure and IT Service Management.
