You will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships while mentoring project teams and contributing to continuous improvement across the business.\nResponsibilities will include:\nSupport presales activities, including requirements traceability, Statement of Work (SOW) ensuring deliverability, and facilitation among stakeholder as required.\nLead large and complex projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.\nManage project plans, schedules, resources, financial forecasts, risks and dependencies.\nBuild strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams.\nFacilitate workshops, governance forums and planning sessions to drive alignment and outcomes.\nProvide leadership and mentoring to project teams while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\nDeliver clear project reporting, executive updates and insights to support informed decision making.\nPromote continuous improvement across project and delivery teams.\nWhat you’ll bring to the table:\nProven success delivering large, complex IT infrastructure projects.\nStrong expertise in project delivery, governance, risk management and financial management.\nStakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.\nExperience managing budgets, forecasts, commercial outcomes and scope changes.\nStrong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capability.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nExperience working in a multivendor/outsourcing environment\nProject Management Qualification such as PMP, Prince2 or similar advantageous\nExisting AGSVA Baseline Clearance (preferred) or ability to hold and maintain clearance\nAbout Kinetic IT\nKinetic IT is a leading Australian IT services provider specialising in Intelligent Workplace, Cloud, Cyber Security, Digital Infrastructure and IT Service Management.
