We believe in giving people the tools, support, and freedom to do their best work, and have fun while doing it.\nJoining Kinetic means being part of a purpose-driven business where your ideas matter, your development is supported, and your impact is real.\nThe Role\nThe Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of customer implementations across both student and commercial projects within the Professional Services team.\nThis role combines structured project leadership with strong commercial awareness, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maximising customer value and business outcomes.\nYou’ll act as the central point of coordination across customers, consultants, and internal teams, taking ownership of governance, financial performance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the full project lifecycle.\nWe want to be upfront: this is a fast-paced role. At any one time you’ll be managing multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities, so you’ll thrive here if you’re dynamic, highly organised and comfortable working under pressure. You’ll also play an active part in shaping how we deliver, bringing best practice and championing continuous improvement across our PMO.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead end-to-end delivery of customer implementations across both student and commercial projects\n\nOversee change requests, assessing their impact on scope, timelines and cost, and ensuring they are agreed, documented and delivered\n\nTake ownership of project scope, timelines, budgets, and commercial performance\n\nCreate and manage detailed project timelines in Monday.com, with delivery backlogs held in Jira\n\nManage project administration in Salesforce, including budget tracking and billing\n\nUse AI tools to automate and optimise workflows and day-to-day project administration\n\nFacilitate project governance including RAID logs, change logs, status reporting, and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders\n\nManage customer stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and proactively addressed\n\nIdentify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and change requests to protect commercial outcomes\n\nMonitor revenue, margins, and billable utilisation across projects\n\nCollaborate closely with Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Technical Services, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth software delivery\n\nSupport pre-sales activities and pipeline planning when required, providing delivery input and effort estimates\n\nWork as part of a wider PMO, drawing from a shared resource pool and balancing priorities across the portfolio\n\nHelp implement best practice and continuous improvement activities across project delivery\n\nHelp continuously improve project delivery frameworks, tools, and reporting standards\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nEssential Experience\nA recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP)\n\nDemonstrated experience delivering software implementation projects\n\nA track record of managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, staying calm and organised under pressure\n\nA dynamic, proactive approach, comfortable with shifting priorities and lots of moving parts\n\nStrong commercial awareness, including budgets, margins, billing, and change control\n\nConfidence using project tools such as Monday.com, Jira, and Salesforce\n\nA genuine interest in using AI to automate and optimise workflows, and a continuous improvement mindset\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with both clients and internal teams\n\nNice to Have\nAn Agile project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile, AgilePM, PMI-ACP)\n\nExperience in SaaS environments (strongly preferred), with the ability to quickly understand complex applications\n\nBenefits and Perks\nAt Kinetic, we believe work should come with rewards that make a real difference.
