and benchmarks to reflect real-world healthcare workflows\n\nBuild websites and other applications\n\nMaintain customer-facing products\n\nManage a team of developers\n\nOwn internal tooling (data pipelines, dashboards, observability, etc.) that helps our research team move faster\n\nTranslate research code into robust, scalable software\n\nWho You Are\n2+ years industry SWE experience\n\nStrong background in React, NextJS, Tailwind, and SQL\n\nProficient in DevOps / CloudOps (e.g. Docker, Terraform, etc.)\n\nFamiliar with RLEs, benchmarks, evals, and
