We are looking for an Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for the property owners who host King Energy solar systems. You'll own owner communications across a portfolio of projects across the country, keeping owners informed on project status and system performance, answering questions, and making sure they have a great experience for the life of their solar programs. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training and a clear path to grow within our commercial team.\nResponsibilities\nServing as the day-to-day point of contact for property owners and their property management teams across a multi-state portfolio of solar projects.\nManaging proactive and responsive owner communications by phone, email, and scheduled check-ins, with timely, professional, and accurate information.\nKeeping owners updated on project milestones, from signed agreement through construction, utility interconnection, and system activation.\nSharing and explaining system performance, production data, and owner payments or statements in clear, simple terms.\nCoordinating site access, scheduling, and communications with owners and property managers for construction, maintenance, and inspections.\nTracking account activity, owner notes, and follow-ups in Salesforce to keep records complete and current.\nIdentifying and escalating owner concerns, such as site issues, contract questions, or property sales and ownership changes, to the right internal teams.\nSupporting account reviews, contract amendments, and renewal conversations alongside senior commercial team members.\nOther duties as assigned to support customer success and commercial operations.\nExperience and Skills Required\nBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.\n0-2 years of experience in account management, property management, commercial real estate, customer success, or a related client-facing role.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills are a must, including comfort communicating with business owners and executives.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many accounts and follow-ups at once.\nComfortable working with numbers and explaining project, performance, or financial information clearly.\nProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.\nFamiliarity with AI tools\nCritical problem solver with values that align with the company culture.\nThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and embraces change with enthusiasm.\nFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.\nInterest in renewable energy, real estate, or utilities is a plus;
