Ми шукаємо CRM Content Manager, який відповідатиме за якість, логіку та коректність контенту в CRM-комунікаціях: email, push, SMS та in-app.
Ця роль ідеально підійде тому, хто любить порядок, структуру, уважний до деталей, але при цьому хоче розвиватися в напрямку CRM і retention.
Твої основні задачі
- Підготовка, налаштування та запуск CRM-комунікацій (email, push, SMS).
- Робота з готовими шаблонами та контентом: адаптація, локалізація, перевірка логіки та коректності.
- Налаштування контенту в CRM-системі: ланцюжки, тригери, таймінги, сегменти.
- Контроль якості CRM-кампаній перед запуском (тексти, посилання, персоналізація).
- Участь у підготовці контенту для: welcome / onboarding; engagement; winback; інформаційних розсилок.
- Співпраця з командами CRM, маркетингу, дизайну та контенту.
- Участь в A/B-тестах (заміна тем, CTA, структури повідомлень).
- Моніторинг базових метрик (Open Rate, CTR, Delivery) та внесення покращень.
